What we collect and why

This site only collects data through the contact form. There are no user accounts, no online sales and no advertising profiles.

Data: your name, the email or phone you provide, and the content of your message.
Purpose: to answer your enquiry. Nothing else.
Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Retention: as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and thereafter for the legal period during which liability could arise.

Who else can access your data

We do not sell or hand over your data for third parties to use on their own account. Only the providers needed to run the site are involved:

Web hosting: IONOS (servers in the European Union).
Email delivery: Resend, which delivers the form notification to the business inbox.
Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form is not being submitted by a bot.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected], stating which right you wish to exercise. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable technical measures to protect the information. Please note that no system is completely secure.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
